XAMK

Better guidance with AI

XAMK is a university of applied sciences in Finland. Together with other regional universities and vocational schools they wanted to help their students succeed with the help of Artificial Intelligence.

The project was a success and the students were able to use the AI tool to understand their future employment options, find part-time or summer jobs or internships as well as get recommendations about optional courses that might suite their needs.

Better Jobs with conversational A.I.

KEHA-keskus is the development center for National Employment Services and Regional Administration. They are renewing digital employment services and wanted to improve job recommendations. KEHA piloted Kwork’s conversational A.I. powered with collaborative filtering. Discussions with the chatbot helped A.I. understand the person’s skills, like, dislikes and suggested better jobs.

Aalto University

Better courses through A.I.

Aalto University was looking for ways to improve the planning of educational programmes.

Kwork’s solution was an artificial intelligence that analysed job advertisements and predicted trends in job advertisements for the past 10 years, and compared the descriptions and content of study courses to the needs of the job market. In addition, artificial intelligence predicts the direction in which the labor market is changing and how study courses can be modified to better meet the needs of working life.
